• Go to the TV app store or smart hub

• Search for and Download Duplexplay

• Once downloaded you will need the Device ID and KEY- go to activation and both should pop up. It will give you a 7 day free trial. It is 99 cents for 6 months and $1.99 per yr.

• Now on a pc or phone go to https://edit.duplexplay.com/ or click on this link

• A screen will pop up with a warning just hit the X and you will see a screen like this.

• After you add the information then you will see a screen that says add Playlist+ click on add playlist

• It will have a dropdown and you scroll to the M3u and click it you can set any name for the playlist. We will send you a link to copy and paste the M3U into the the url line. 

• Once this playlist is added then go to your tv and hit the blue button on the remote or refresh the playlist. Your playlist name should show up on the screen. 

Disclaimer: Duplex IPTV is a media player and it does not include any content. You have to upload your own playlists. We will provide the playlist link.

• Download DuplexPlay on any windows PC or XBOX one from the official Microsoft Windows Store
• Open the downloaded DuplexPlay App on Windows device
• On home screen open [Activation]
• Choose [Renew for other device]
• Type device ID and device Key of your TV
• Choose an activation type and then confirm purchase
• Restart DuplexPlay on your TV

Steps to renew for your Windows, XBOX One

• Open DuplexPlay app on the selected platform
• On home screen open [Activation]
• Choose [Renew for this device]
• Choose an activation type and then confirm purchase
